The installation of underground civil services is one of the most sequencing-critical elements of any land subdivision programme. DMNP delivers water supply, gas supply, electrical supply, sewer and stormwater infrastructure as a coordinated package, working within the principal contractor’s multi-service corridor management framework to keep the project moving and the interfaces clean.
We bring a single accountable team to the underground package. Trenching, bedding, installation, backfill, testing, commissioning and as-constructed documentation are all managed by DMNP, providing the principal contractor with one point of contact across all below-ground services rather than a fragmented group of specialist subcontractors creating interface risk.

DMNP delivers open pit mining operations across iron ore and gold ore projects in Western Australia and Queensland. Our capability is centred on the pit itself: overburden removal, bench development, ore and waste movement, and the formation and maintenance of in-pit haul roads. We work within the mine operator’s operating rhythm, safety management system and production schedule to keep the pit moving.
We operate purpose-built mining equipment, excavators, articulated dump trucks, motor graders and ancillary plant, matched to the scale of the operation. Our supervisors and operators are experienced in open pit environments across the Pilbara and Goldfields, bringing the discipline and situational awareness these operations demand.
Whether embedded within a principal mining contractor’s operation or engaged directly by a mine operator, DMNP understands that production is everything in mining. Our teams are resourced to meet production targets, manage bench sequences and maintain in-pit road conditions.

We execute bulk earthworks packages for urban land subdivision and mine site projects, from pre-construction site clearing through to finished platform levels. Our teams understand the mass haul sequencing, compaction standards and inspection regime that principal contractors and mine operators require. Where road construction is part of the scope, we deliver internal subdivision roads and access roads as part of the broader earthworks package: subgrade, base course and wearing surface included.
Every earthworks package is managed with a cut-to-fill strategy that minimises haulage cost and maximises programme efficiency. We own the compaction testing process and provide full QA documentation to authority and client standards.
