DMNP Civil and Mining Pty Ltd has been established by civil construction experts with an existing presence in the Queensland and Western Australian construction industry. The business was founded by experienced industry professionals with first-hand knowledge of civil infrastructure delivery, people who have worked from the ground up within the supply chains of Australia’s largest civil contractors.
That experience shapes how we operate. We understand the performance standards that principal civil contractors and mining operators demand from their subcontractors: the programme expectations, the documentation requirements, the safety systems and the quality outcomes. We have seen what works and what does not from the inside, and we have built DMNP to deliver on all of it.
DMNP operates across two distinct sectors: urban land subdivision civil works and mining civil infrastructure. In subdivision, we work alongside principal civil contractors appointed to deliver major residential land development programmes across QLD and WA. In mining, we deliver civil construction and site services to iron ore and gold ore operations, from site establishment and haul roads through to processing facility civil works and mine site services.

DMNP operates across two sectors and two states: civil and mining capability in Queensland and Western Australia, covering the subdivision growth corridors and the resource regions of both states.
In civil, DMNP services principal contractors delivering major masterplanned communities across the Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich and Gold Coast corridors. In mining, we extend into QLD’s resource regions, supporting open pit operations and mining operators active in the state’s coal and mineral sectors.
In civil, DMNP works within WA’s principal contractor networks across Perth’s suburban growth corridors. In mining, we are positioned to operate at iron ore projects in the Pilbara and gold ore operations across the Goldfields and Murchison, two of the world’s most active mining regions.
Alongside our civil construction capability in the subdivision sector, DMNP delivers open pit mining operations at iron ore and gold ore projects across Western Australia and Queensland.
Our mining capability is centred on the pit: overburden removal, bench development, ore and waste haulage, and the formation and maintenance of in-pit haul roads. We operate within the mine’s daily production structure, working to the mine operator’s schedule and production targets with experienced operators and purpose-built mining equipment.
Mining operations require a fundamentally different approach to civil construction. Pit environments demand constant situational awareness, strict fatigue management compliance, fit-for-purpose plant, and supervisors who understand the dynamic and often unpredictable nature of open pit operations. DMNP’s teams have that experience, operating within mining management systems from day one of mobilisation.
We are positioned to operate at iron ore operations in the Pilbara, gold ore operations across the Goldfields and Murchison, and resource projects across QLD, embedded within principal mining contractors’ operations or engaged directly by mine operators.

Subdivision delivery is deadline-driven. We work to the principal contractor’s programme, resource accordingly and flag risks early, not after they have caused a delay.
Compliant as-constructed documentation, authority-standard installations and zero tolerance for rework. We get it right the first time because the cost of not doing so falls on everyone.
Site safety is non-negotiable. Our WHS management system is structured to meet principal contractor induction requirements from day one: SWMS-ready, trained up and compliant.
The best work comes from relationships built over time. We invest in understanding how our principal contractor clients operate and build trust through consistent delivery.
Clear, direct communication with no surprises. If something changes on site, we tell the principal contractor first. No buried issues, no end-of-project disputes.
DMNP Civil and Mining is established with the licences, insurance cover and compliance frameworks required to operate as a subcontractor to principal civil contractors across Queensland and Western Australia. We understand that compliance is not optional in this industry: it is the baseline expectation, and we take it seriously.
Our contractor licences, public liability and workers compensation insurance, and work health and safety management system are structured to meet the prequalification and subcontractor management requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 principal contractors. Certificates of currency and WHS documentation are available on request as part of any prequalification or tender submission process.
Our WHS management system includes documented safe work method statements, site induction procedures, plant management protocols and incident reporting frameworks, all aligned to principal contractor requirements from day one of mobilisation. We do not arrive on site and build our systems from scratch; we arrive ready.
